Unsafe parking on Cobbs Hill

Concern

People often park unsafely on Cobbs Hill just north of Four Ways Inn. This blocks the road and leads to many near-misses between traffic in two directions and pedestrians. Can a yellow line be added down the hill until it is actually wide enough for parking and safe passage of traffic? the parking also blocks people turning in and out of their driveways on the other side of the road.
